Hey there! Here’s the scoop on our refund and returns policy. It’s all about making sure you’re happy with your purchase.
How Long You’ve Got
You’ve got 30 days from the day you bought it to decide if it’s right for you. After that, sorry, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
What You Need to Know
To return something, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
No Returns on These Guys
Some things can’t be returned for safety reasons or because they’re personal items. These include:
- Hazardous materials…probably shouldn’t be selling those
- Flammable liquids or gases…again, why would I sell those
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products, because…how.
- Some health and personal care items because those are from JE!
Jordan Essentials (JE) Products

When You Might Get a Partial Refund
Sometimes, we can only give you part of your money back:
- Items that clearly have been used
- Stuff that’s not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
- Items returned more than 30 days after they arrived at your door
What Happens Next
Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know we’ve got it. Then, we’ll give you the nod on whether your refund is good to go or not.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund seems to be taking a nap in cyberspace, check your bank account first. Then, give your credit card company a buzz. Sometimes, these things just need a little time. If you’re still stuck, drop us a line at [email protected].
Sale Items
Only full-priced items can be refunded. Sorry, sale items are a final sale.
Need to Swap It Out?
We’re happy to swap out your item if it’s busted or broken. Just shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll give you the scoop on where to send it.
Sending It Back
If your item was a gift and sent right to you, you’ll get a gift credit once we get it back. If the gift was shipped to the buyer, they’d get a refund.
To start your return, email us at [email protected]. You’ll cover the shipping, and remember, those costs can’t be refunded. If you do get a refund, we’ll deduct the return shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, it might take a bit for your exchanged item to make its way back to you, especially if you’re in Hawaii or Alaska.
For high-priced items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
